We would like to welcome you to our 2020 HRABC Annual Conference as we embark on a journey of Resiliency: Facing the Future Together.

Why resiliency? Because of the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to maneuver through uncharted water, so we need to adapt quickly in order to emerge even stronger. The way we live our lives has forever changed, personally and professionally. As human resources professionals, our organizations and employees look to us, now more than ever, to provide resources and recommendations to support your organization’s sustainability.

We have a great line up of speakers to help provide insights on how you can partner with our organizations’ leadership to forge ahead and remain viable in these unprecedented times. It’s time to help our organizations think out of the box. As you know, six months ago most organizations did not believe their workforce could support their operations and growth from home. Now, that may be the new normal for many of them. This also creates new challenges with how we manage and care for our workforce.
